Deal sourcing and the estate agency regulations do produce a gray area. Maybe less or more gray depending on who is talking.

There are other areas. Clottie mentioned that there are something 69 different landlord tenant acts that impact the BTL sector. It is very easy for there to be conflicts, overlaps and gaps when you have 69 different acts to comply with.
