Hello, I'm a quite new London based investor
Morning all - as I get used to this forum, I had managed to put my intro into another thread. Having played around here a little I realised I should have started a new thread so here is my original message - apologies!
------------- Dear All, I have recently signed up to Property Tribes. I am reasonably new to property investing having been looking at it actively only since the start of February, but I have spent a lot of time reading and learning so feel that I have learned quite a lot in a short space of time. Since then I have done 2 JVs involving properties to be flipped which have worked out well, and am actively looking for properties to buy and hold in London that will give me cashflow. Future plans include some development opportunities (having done it once in prime Central London) and international (I have a property investment in Mumbai) I am particularly interested in HMOs aimed at professionals and opportunities to add value, and look forward to learning from and getting to know people on here.
