Bio:	Initially trained as as surveyor, working for one of the country's most reputable estate agencies (Chestertons, in Kensighton), progressing into valuation and housing management. I had a lot to do with short-life housing and shared equity schemes, becoming chairman of one of those in the 1970's. Due to a deep love of nature, I developed a second career in horticulture, becoming a craftsman gardener, and ultimately a garden and landscape designer, practicing here and abroad. I am a people-person really, and am currently engaged in international business networking facilitation. I am particularly keen on social enterprise as a concept. I am also part of a significant environmental research team - which aims to develop modern 'green' strategies which could regenerate community economics in highly sustainable ways. I have always had a deep interest in property - particularly from the point of view of it being made people-friendly. Thus, I enjoy developing creative property sourcing methods - almost as a hobby.
