Did anyone tune in?

It was very entertaining and educational, not for the reasons the maker intended though. >:-)

If you missed it, try ITV Player but don't rush; you'll be able to skim through it in 15-20 minutes.

It will enlighten you on how the average FTB or householder (on all levels of the ladder) thinks about property and so give you something to use to your advantage during negotiations.

Yep, high on drama, low on content, lots of repetition to stretch the material out to fit the time available. A bit like this comedy sketch in fact.

The prat from the CML implied the problems were all due to not enough houses being built... so if they build all the houses what are people supposed to buy them with.. buttons?

The 24hr clock holds little significance to me. Day mergers into night. I am a staunch proponent of the benefits of the power nap.

As Wikipedia says........

`Power naps of less than 30 minutes—even those as brief as 6 and 10 minutes—restore wakefulness and promote performance and learning`

The key word here of course is...... performance. :-)
