Rental Management software
I have been asked by a colleague to look into rental management software to replace the excel sheets he currently uses.
Ideally, it should be able to download information from bank accounts to load into the system and help reconcile monthly statements. Does anyone have any recommendations or software to avoid. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks Colin |

We are a South London Agent and use CFP it is not cheap but is very effective and compliant BUT get ready for a big learning curve and the rewards will come in 6 months or so I hope this helps

I have also been looking for this at a reasonable cost without having to invest £000s into software for letting agencies..None so far. |

RE: Rental Management software
We currently use a custom solution, but whilst we was getting this built we had great success with RentPro - http://www.rentpro.co.uk/
So much, it was debated at the time if we should switch. Adam Hosker Follow |
