I noticed that you can add or subtract from a person's reputation. I like the idea that some feedback can be offered by the various members.

Today I saw a great post from Glenn A so I decided it was time to award him a reputation 'point'. Well done Glenn as you are a consistently quality sharer on the site.

Thanks John! Never noticed that.

RE: Reputation

Glenn,

No idea if the reputation capability was turned on initially. One day after I was more comfortable navigating I noticed something 'new' to me. As I mentioned, it was the first time I used it. You had posted a reply to a question and it reminded me why I enjoy your contribution to the site. A perfect opportunity to try out the reputation option.

Over time I think it could be a way for people to recognize who to listen to and who to second guess. A way to know about a person independent of the specific comments in any one thread. Time will tell us if the facility develops as I expect.
