See it went for £14,000 and needs a load of work doing to it.Bet the boiler goes in last.

I heard the agents fees were £6k+ and the remedial works were iro £10k minimum, giving £30k total. Mind you, it is an area where property does let well at the right price (estimated to rent at £400 per month).
