    Not in my case i have little borrowing.I just think BTL today is a poor investment compared with the alternatives .OK you can gamble with gearing but if you want less effort try a slot machine at Betfred.

    Yet again, this may well be a case of using the numbers to justify an argument. It's not just amateur/dinner party landlords that are selling.

    This will be music to the ears of the Tory govt

    Their ploys are working to see off the leveraged landlord

    And when the dinner party landlords sit around after Xmas lunch and look at there January tax bill they will jump ship too .... it’s only a matter of time.
