    Don't necessarily believe the "get rich quick" stories peddled by some "education" courses.


    As 17-yr old you cannot own (or be a tenant..) of any property in England or Wales - so suggest you wait until you are 18 or use some other ownership mechanism...

    Yes, there is other ownership mechanisms available if I did own property before the age of 18.

    It is always great when someone of tender years shows an interest in property investment - you have so much more time to enjoy the fruits of your labours than someone like me who started investing later in life!
