It is ironic they were on LHA and did the dirty on me

if they had given notice and gone about this the right way I would have phoned them and told them the good news

    what goes round comes around

the same tenant lost his dog with old age and I bought him a replacement

and I took him to the PDSA when his old dog was ill

im the fool being kind and simpathetic to a customer needs

Quite easy return the cheque to the bank. ie if issued by barclays just hand it in to local branch. Don't worry we won't tell.- for a price.

Actually we all get junk mail all the time. I return it with return to sender. But if they keep coming I store them up and return them in a big envelope with no stamp. That way they will have to pay the other end, heavier the envelope  more the cost I hope.

^^ A box of bricks is good for that, especially if it's a Freepost address. (They do pay by weight)
