    Advice invest in commerical

    The tenant would normally kit out the shell to their corporate style and on expiry of their lease if they do not wish to renew will have to put the property back to the original state..Unlike residential property with tenants in situ the commercial with tenants in situ is sort after and can demand a premium

    Hello Jedina,

    A Grade II might make it easier to convert it to residential if that would work financially. It is likely that the property was residential originally ( unless it is a warehouse, which,it being Manchester, cannot be excluded).

    Or commercial on ground floor, with resi on upper.
