Good recommendation Vanessa! I have listened to 2 episodes today and enjoyed them, thank you.
I would also add the 'Rich Dad Radio' podcast with Robert Kiyosaki to the list, I have just found it this week. It is not specifically about property investing but touches on a number of topics related to finance. I struggled with the first ten minutes as it sounded a little bit like a sale pitch at first, but after I got past that he actually discusses some really thought provoking concepts - I would highly recommend the episode 'How the Fed manipulates your money', it is highly relevant to UK listeners too. He also talks a lot about gold as a store of wealth.
I'd be interested to hear any comments from anyone else who gives it a listen.
Another property podcast that I recommend:Ed Mead podcast - key issues in the PRS
general operations director, site owner and moderator - propertytribes.com
For the Aussies and Aussie ex-pats, there's the Michael Yardney podcast. It is focussed on Oz, who love property just as much as the Brits, so you can skip over some of the episodes. But the generic episodes are still useful.
He also writes blogs and I found this to be quite interesting. Good info for newbies and reminders for the more experienced.

Another addition to our list:Paul Shamplina Podcast
Podcasts are a great way to learn about different things, while still being able to do another tasks, and its great to see so many property podcasts exist. I did not know so many were out there, I'll definitely be checking some of these out!!

I have done a fair few interviews with people you know from this forum, including Vanessa (who was a great guest and as always with Vanessa and Nick we had a great chat!)
