Books That Changed The (Property Investors) World.

``A LL who trusts his tenants is a fool.``

    or / and

A LL who doesn`t trust his tenants is a fool

I got a 10K refurb done by a tenant because of trust - No written contract or insurance

I got a patio laid the other day by a tenant because of trust

They trusted I wouldnt raise the rent for another year. I trusted they would lay the patio in return

We traded trust - That builds trust

What DD do we / should we do on the RGI company to pay out if the tenant defaults

What DD do we / should we  do on the RGI ombudsman to oversee the RGI company

It would be foolish never  to trust anyone on face value .

Your business would for ever  be stuck in a quagmire

If there is trust you can escape the quagmire and speed along at a good rate of knots

I trust Amazon will deliver this book to my door by the 3rd May

They havent let me down to date . The Speed of Trust -

Thank you - No I havent read or heard of this one . I have ordered it

Trust is one of those  aspects of business which is hard to quantify

Its very prevalent though  in all we do in business and life

Lack of trust can hamper our decision making process and slow our business down

But having trust speeds it along .

Sometimes its readily identifiable . Sometimes it takes time to build

No business plan though that I`ve seen dedicates a chapter to it

Trust is an  intangible yet so powerful force

The Speed of Trust - I`m loving that concept . I need to get to grips with it
