Our main speaker is Dominic Woodward who will be traveling down from Yorkshire to give us a real insight into commercial conversions. In 7 years, he has made amazing progress, and has built up an extensive BTL portfolio along the way, as well as owning an estate agency and construction company.

Our second speaker, Rebecca Lade, is the HMO officer for Woking Borough Council and her presentation will focus on fire safety in rental properties. We'll also have our regular Deal Clinic feature with Rory O'Mara, a Mortgage Update from Steve Light and hopefully some Hot Deals too.!
