NLCE CPD on Deregulation Act Update

Eviction has become fraught with problems, especially with all the legislative changes around deposits and the Deregulation Act 2015. With regards to the Deregulation Act, in October 2018 there are many serious changes coming into effect that will prevent private landlords from obtaining possession through a Section 21. This is highly significant for the PRS and therefore extremely important that local landlords attend this update, if they do not want to get trapped with a tenant that they cannot legally evict.
