    At this month's pin meeting Garfield will share the true story about the ugly side of refurbishing an old building into a HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) and his learning on the flowerpot project

    Garfield has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. His early skill was as a carpenter; following his apprenticeship he moved into construction engineering then project management.

    He has extensive experience in commercial building, building new houses, refurbishment and concrete structures. His core skills include project management, mechanical, electrical, building engineering and commercial awareness.

    In practice, Garfield has managed construction projects value ranging from £200K to £15million. Garfield attained a Construction Engineering and Management degree from Westminster University, London.Since 2014, Garfield has been investing in properties full time and has a multi-million pound portfolio.
