The EPC, a Tax on the Landlord or a way to save the planet? Mike Edward

Love them or hate them, the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is part of a landlord’s life now.  Are they worth the paper that they are printer on?

Mike has been carrying out EPC surveys since they were introduced in 2007 and has a wealth of experience in helping landlords achieve the required standards without wasting money.

During his presentation, Mike will show what information is required to complete the EPC and how that information is used.  Along the way he will share energy saving tips and bring real life examples of improvement that were made following an EPC Survey.

The EPC has a lot of information, Mike will show you how to read this and make use of it.

Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) regulation came into effect on April 1st 2018, Mike will explain the next steps and what you must do to ensure that you are not breaking the law and risking a £5,000 fine.
