Our main speaker on Monday 10 June will be Andrew Southwood who provides two bespoke services for everyone involved or keen to branch out into HMOs and Rent2Rent. The cost of setting up a property can be quite expensive; Andrew offers business loans for the provision of fixture, fittings and furniture which not only lessens the pressure on our budgets, but reduces our tax bill quite substantially too!
