SInce Corona hit, DSS tenants have been seen as the safest 'bet' for getting paid - Ironic really how its all changed.

However this is wrong.

All DSS tenants are not the same. Some attract 2, 3 or 4 times LHA rates. That is because, when its done well. It helps people move on in life.
