Anil Mohanial- Tax Planning and Exit Strategies- Managing Director, Kumar Strategic Consultants Anil will give an overview of tax implications, the use of personal and corporate structures and timescales for exiting the property business, be it a retirement or inheritance plan. Anil is the founding director of Kumar Strategic Consultants Ltd Ltd having originally set it up as a sole practice in 1985. He therefore has substantial experience (almost 30 years) in working closely with small and medium sized enterprises. Prior to setting up Kumar Strategic Consultants Ltd (with one client) in 1985, Anil trained with a eleven partner west end firm and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1983. In 2011 he was chosen to accompany a business delegation organised by UKTI to India with a view to increase trade between the two countries. More recently he personally met the Chief Minister of the state of Gujarat in India - Mr Narendra Modi to discuss plans for real estate and tourist development in the city of Ahmedabad.
