I’m really looking forward to speaking at Coventry PIN on Tuesday 13th September where (amongst other things) I will be speaking about a couple of cash-flowing strategies I have followed to “Escape the Rat Race, FIRE my Boss and QUIT my Day Job”......In fact both me and my wife have “Escaped”.

Incredibly, this 3-bed property which has infinite ROI and is not an HMO is generating a massive £700/month positive cashflow (Unfurnished, No HMO spec, No Bills paid by me) and “hopefully” long-term tenants as its not an HMO
I’ll also be covering:
- developing the right attitudes and habits
- property sourcing & management
- HMOs as great cash-flow models
Whilst I really enjoy doing properties and will never stop, its a means to an end which we often lose sight of, so slowly, but surely I am reconnecting with things I really enjoyed doing but life let slip by in the past eg family time, charity work, hobbies (singing, cookery, photography, keep fit, racquets, golf).....
I also have 3 ‘children’. One of our goals is to help them:
One daughter got married in July in a big asian thing. The cost was close to what I buy terraced property for in my area and we were also able to give her a significant deposit to help her buy her 1st house
.....thank you HMOs for funding the wedding and deposit (thanks (again) also to SZ for encouraging me onto the MM program back in 2007 - looking back what a life-changing decision)
