On 1st December new legislation will come into effect which increases penalties around the right to rent. It also creates the new eviction powers for landlords. From this date, landlords and letting agents could be charged with a criminal offence if they know, or have reasonable cause to believe, they are letting to an illegal immigrant.

Anthony Gold along with Key Safe vetting are holding one of the first seminars after the introduction of the charges to ensure that you are aware of the procedures to follow. The seminar will be very interactive to allow for questions and discussion of real life examples.
