    The course will explore the different ways in which to manage rent arrears should you fall into them, protect against rent arrears and minimising the risk of occurrence. Prevention is better than cure, so it is vital to select the right tenants and then build effective relationships with them to reduce the likelihood of arrears.

    Should you find yourself in a situation where rent payments cease, our rent arrears management course 'Managing Rent Arrears' will provide expert knowledge and insight into techniques to settle any dispute outside of court, which is always preferable. However if this is not possible, the course will also guide you through the required legal proceedings and enforcement options for the best chance of recovering outstanding arrears.
