Can landlord use PO Box as address on AST?

Currently trading as and due to incorporate shortly.>>

Been using an address in England that was allocated by the council for planning permission for flats to a building I own but not implemented as yet,. so council stated a fictitious address?!>>

That is very helpful I thought it was the case that a company name can be used and the company address

So the Director does not have to use their home address

David Smith's video didn't answer it for me so I'm a bit worried that I might have always been giving the wrong address.

I've never wanted to have customers of my old retail business or property lettings turning up at my home so I use c/o (care of) one of my properties where I used to live as it's got a shared entrance hall where I visit to collect post at least a couple of times a week - and tenants usually give me a shout to let me know if I haven't picked up a letter for a few days when I'm on holiday or whatever.

The local authority has been happy to communicate with me via that address as well.

I am having a complete nightmare with the Landlord of the property I have just vacated. All correspondence is via the agent, but he is now ignoring them entirely. I submitted a request for his details (Which the agents tried to wriggle out of, and failed to provide within 21 days). Finally, today, they have sent me his address and it's a PO Box in Saudi Arabia?! Surely they would not represent a Landlord without having more details than a PO Box? Can someone please advise me if this is legal?
