CGT on Grade II listed property

    Hi all,

I need some advice. I am about to inherit a Grade II listed property.

The house was bought in 1957 for GBP300. Now worth circa GBP270,000.

My situation; Non-dom UK citizen. No other property assets in UK.

What should be my CGT liability on disposal (after Grant of Probate - due imminently).

My thanks for your time and shering your knowledge.

No capital gains tax due because of death. .if it in creases in value once inherited then there may be .

You can inherit up to £325k before taxes apply so depends on what the rest of the estate is worth.
