This is extremely well timed, I am looking into moving over one of my properties to No Agent and was wondering if anyone had any experience good or bad of using them?
The only thing that puts me off is disruption to a long term tenant and lack of trading history. There are some online reviews but it would be great to hear from anyone on PT who has used them.
Have always managed my own but when I had a property out of my area I did look into Letting Supermarket.Com at depth.5% Full Management & 6% inside M25. Been around a long time .
Maybe others have dealt with No Agent .

We're nearly 2 years old and we are a well experienced team with backgrounds such as Fine and Country, Purple Bricks, Country Wide and Zoopla.
RE Lettings Supermarket, at 6% for fully managed in London based on the average of £1,500 that's £90. No Agent would come in at £45 per month.
We also don't charge anything for tenant find.

I'm a customer and shareholder. No plans to move elsewhere. They're fairly flexible and innovative, and good value. You need to keep on top of them, though. Not everything gets followed up unless you chase it.
I am in no way knocking this service however please ensure that it covers all you require to ensure you have a hands of experience. Not all property management companies are the same
Although the monthly fee is low and they claim no tenant find fee please ensure you compare like for like in your local area obviously depending on the type of tenant your property attracts. I would always suggest a local ARLA agent
No tenant find fee and will advertise on portals however the photographs are £95 (don't see the point of advertising it without photo's), accompanied viewings £250 and inventory start at £78.
Your local agent will also put a "to let" board up attracting local people.
There is no mention of registering the deposit,
We as a local agent (and many others in your area) provide this included in out tenant find.
We are also local so will go and knock on the door if the rent isn't paid.
If we get any complaints from neighbors concerning rubbish building up in the garden etc we can immediately attend.
We actually meet your tenants which helps as you can sometimes get a gut feeling concerning the tenant not being quite right for your property.
We also assist and chase benefit and universal credit claims
So dependent on the level of service you require consider your local ARLA agent who many provide excellent local service and knowledge. No Agent challenges the fair priced & well serviced lettings mode for an under priced & under-serviced lettings mode
