It does not look good for these individuals, companies and developments. They are currently subject to a freezing injunction:
HC-2017-002742. Absolute Living Developments Limited (Claimant), v. DS7 Limited and others.
Historic Rotherham building wrapped up in legal claim:Progress on converting the historic Howard Building in Rotherham town centre looks unlikely anytime soon after a court injunction was granted that prevents its sale.A tangled web of development and investment companies, and their directors, has been served with a freezing injunction with liquidator, Louise Brittain, alleging that money from investors has been wrongfully diverted to a number of companies. The assets have been frozen as the liquidator of Absolute Living Developments hunts to recover money for investors and creditors left out of pocket when schemes failed to be completed, or in some cases, even started.

I've just noticed that the mysterious DS7 Limited, run by Charlie Cunningham, has just been fully bought by .... Andrew Camilleri, but I think the father and not the son who did a runner from the law when found guilty of defrauding his creditors. You can see it on Companies House
Six Liverpool property firm directors banned for ripping off Far East investorsSix directors at a Liverpool property firm who misled hundreds of investors into spending millions on apartments that were never finished have been BANNED from business.
And the Insolvency Service has warned it WILL tackle property firms that set out to rip people off.Absolute Living Developments (ALD) pulled in at least £12m of investment from more than 300 investors, mostly in the Far East, by selling apartments off-plan in residential property schemes.
But investors complained the schemes were never finished and were "unliveable". Investigators from the Insolvency Service found the Exchange Flags-based company provided "misleading and incomplete" information to investors and failed to protect their money.
The Insolvency Service says six directors, four of whom are based in Malaysia, have been disqualified from serving as company directors for a minimum of six years each.
I am struggling to understand what this has to do with the individuals mentioned in the title of this thread?
