Glenn Armstrong raising money with bankruptcy pending

    I noticed that.

These are either photographs from when he purchased the property i.e. the previous set of marketing photographs, or they are a new set and he has moved out.

I think the giveaway is the relatively few photos internally in comparison with externally.  You need ready cash, quite a bit of it, to do justice to a house that size.

Has anyone checked to see if its actually in his name? I'd be amazed if it is. Obviously if its not then it can be sold, but good luck in this market.

Maybe someone should offer a long term lease option on it, delayed completion, or sale and rent back.

    I am a human bean.

    These are old photos

i attended a course a few months back

Its just for show...if he wanted to sell it he would use new photos

I know they are old because it hasn’t got the figure of eight in the back garden created by driving his Ferrari round...intoxicated

Does anyone know the case number for the divorce hearing or a contact for Glenn's divorce solicitor?

Land registry is showing up that the property is indeed in his name but there are a lot of restrictions and notices against the property from many individuals/solicitors

it would seem from the description on some of the charges that Glenn has county court judgements against him too as there are charging orders that can only be obtained through a money claim (correct me if I am wrong)

MKC why do you need divorce solicitors details?

Clutching at straws but Glenn keeps saying he is writing debts from companies Mandie is now in control of into his divorce settlement as a way of informing her they exist which means I could then chase her for monies technically owed by her company, but he has never either put this in writing or given me any other useful documentation to back this up.

Best I have is a message saying he has passed info to his solicitor.

I somewhat doubt he has (especially as Mandi doesn't claim to have seen anything like what Glenn is talking about). I know the solicitor would probably be unable to divulge any details to a third party but was hoping he may be able to give some assurance whether or not this is happening.

Why would Glenn add you to his creditors list when he doesn’t need to? Company debts are not personal. You are clutching onto something that clearly is never going to be paid back to you, sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
