Had a great time at the Landlord Law Conference ...

Just a quick note to say that Nick and I very much enjoyed our visit to Bury St. Edmunds on Friday for the first ever Landlord Law Conference.

Tessa Shepperson had put together a superb line-up of speakers - all professionals in their field - and the knowledge shared was top notch.

It was so refreshing to hear these people speak - giving real value and highly detailed and important information.

No ra-ra and no upsell to expensive courses.

Well done Tessa and all the speakers!

We recorded 7 interviews including one with the lovely HMO Landlady, and I will be posting them on Monday.

I met (briefly) Sandra Savage (who I had met on twitter) and also our friends from Imfuna and TDS, who were sponsoring the event.

This is me interviewing Mike Morgan, Head of Adjudications at TDS:

The day was blogged live and you can read a report >>> here.

Some really interesting views on HMO's, Rent to Rent, etc .... watch this space!!! Smile

I haven't got around to editing the videos yet as we went away for the weekend in our motorhome. Smile

I will be posting them on Monday ....

It was great to see you at our Conference Vanessa. We can't quite believe how well it all went - people all seemed to really enjoy it!

I think maybe its because actually law isn't boring, its just got this reputation for being boring which puts everyone off. But explained by the right people, it can be fascinating - particularly if it affects YOUR business!

I can't wait to see your videos - let me know when they are online and I will do a load of links to them form my sites.

And thanks again for your support.

    Hi Vanessa

I am a big fan of Tessa's so happy to chat on Friday even if it was to camera Smile

John Corey recommended I had a look at the site when we met over coffee and cake on Friday at Landlord Law conference.

Still navigating my way round but I'm sure I'll get the hang of.

Look forward to speaking again soon
