How to manage tenant repair request/comms?

    How do you manage this?

I hear some people use what’s app. Others email.

There are dedicated apps like Hey Landlord.

Would appreciate your advice as I’ve been doing this via email and text and think there must be a better way.

My tenants WhatsApp me, they send a photo of whatever is wrong/broken and i decide if it’s a reasonable request then I usually forward it to the relevant builder for a quote.

Whatever works best for them, so text, Whatsapp, email etc.

Whatsapp is great for free videos and pictures to be sent through of a problem.

Better to know there's a potential problem than be in ignorant bliss!

A lot of landlords use Arthur - which has a tenant/landlord communication element, where tenants can report repair and maintenance issues.
