But the above headlines has been achieved by myself investing in the past 5 years with one fund manager
and the charge for using this fund manager is .20%
This fund started in may 2001 so its been around quite a long time
I use this fund in my SIPP and my ISA

Just a gentle reminder
This is a property website and the category is Buy To Let
This post really belongs on another website or at least tucked away in another category
I would like to hear about making 118% ROI in BTL in 5 years which of course is entirely possible.
Jonathan Clarke. http://www.buytoletmk.com
This is a knowlage website JC we share thoughts and strategy
if I had not invested in my ISA and Pension I would not have the cash for my build to rent
so in my opinion it’s relivent especially with the advent of S24 and more taxation of the PRS
I personly have changed my strategy and I’m showing what works me
Here here Jonathan,
And of course - with a 25% deposit, property would only have to go up by around 6% per year over five years to equal that.

I also post property updates on my Facebook Page
"It is the small decisions you and I make every day that shape our destiny" Anthony Robbins
And of course building an estate of house with cash from pensions and ISA investments has no interest of course
without leverage so I can avoid 90% of all new taxes on this sector No Stamp Duty NO S24 if you build for CASH
and don't forget pensions are just about IHT free and just so tax efficient
you and JC are stuck in the past if you cant see the value in Pensions and ISA funds
I like it when folk challenge me
This is all about making money.
No need to recommend, but please continue to share your experiences. I'm learning from them as I'm sure others are.
glad you find it helpfull
Our "Entrepreneurs" category is the perfect tribe for this topic, so I have taken the liberty of moving it here. This tribe is for discussing any other income streams outside of BTL and property investment, or any other business activities that landlords may be interested in.It is also for inspirational stories and ideas. Thanks for starting the discussion DL - you are a "fire starter" - someone who gets people thinking and engaged, and Property Tribes is all the better and more valuable for you input.

I get sick of being run down and the response here from two who should know better just leaves me speechless nick
I don't have an issue if someone thinks I am wrong But to get on there high horse about what I should and should not post is childish
I'm happy with the switch maybe it will keep some bloggers happy and go off and play with their bricks in the corner of the room
I enjoy sparking conversation and debate that's why we all call into Property Tribes
A sentence starting with 'Just a gentle reminder' is not running someone down DL.
