    If I said to you make 118% in 5 years ....



    I am not a professional advisor and I can't recommend where any one should in invest

    But the above headlines has been achieved by myself investing in the past 5 years with one fund manager

    and the charge for using this fund manager is .20%

    This fund started in may 2001 so its been around quite a long time

    I use this fund in my SIPP and my ISA

    I would like to hear about making 118% ROI in BTL in 5 years which of course is entirely possible.

    This is a knowlage website JC we share thoughts and strategy

    if I had not invested in my ISA and Pension I would not have the cash for my build to rent

    so in my opinion it’s relivent especially with the advent of S24 and more taxation of the PRS

    I personly have changed my strategy and I’m showing what works  me

    And of course - with a 25% deposit, property would only have to go up by around 6% per year over five years to equal that.

    And of course building an estate of house with cash from pensions and ISA investments has no interest of course

    without leverage  so I can avoid 90%  of all new taxes on this sector No Stamp Duty NO S24 if you build for CASH

    and don't forget pensions are just about IHT free and just so tax efficient

    you and JC are stuck in the past if you cant see the value in Pensions and ISA funds

    I like it when folk challenge me

    This is all about making money.

    I get sick of being run down and the response here from two who should know better just leaves me speechless nick

    I don't have an issue if someone thinks I am wrong But to get on there high horse about what I should and should not post is childish

    I'm happy with the switch maybe it will keep some bloggers happy and go off and play with their bricks in the corner of the room

    I am Essex but im spending a lot of my time on a building site

    But It could not be better for building houses I will be water tight in August well ahead of time

    So I love the sunshine
