    Is a property crash coming?

    The UK is anticipating another financial crash within the next four years, MoneySuperMarket research has revealed.

    10 years on from the global financial crash of 2008 another is expected by May 2022.

    Sally Francis-Miles, money spokesperson at MoneySuperMarket, said: “Many people will remember or were even directly affected by the financial crash of 2008.

    I don’t think anyone has a Cristal ball but I can go with this assumption

    I think it will be earlier than 2022

    but when it happens it will be a slow recovery

    of course GR will welcome this out come

    It all depends what is defined as 'a crash' and over what period?

    Prices going down 10% as they have in parts of London could be considered the early stages of, but I don't think in good areas they will drop much further.

    A 30% drop within the space of 6 months across the whole of the UK would be considered a crash? Can't see it happening though and again, all this Brexit talk of falling numbers of Europeans is more than made up for from the rest of the world. The UK is still a draw for people from the ROW.
