    Jaevee - property courses

    Hi again,

I have been mulling over your business model and am really struggling to get my head around it.

Who currently owns the three properties you linked to?  The three SPVs do not own them yet as far as I can tell.

Are these three properties examples of a JV because it seems those three are raising funds for projects associated with one of your directors.

If he is representing Jaevee in the transaction, is he not concerned with tying himself financially to a complete stranger?  That must surely be a high risk thing to do?

Why can't the individual concerned borrow money from the banks and keep more of the profit?

Is the money being raised to purchase the property and also cover the costs of the refurb?

What happens at the end of the project if it does not sell?  Will investors money be tied up indefinitely?

When people come to you with projects, do they get added to where you showed me those three properties?

It seems you are raising money on one side of the business, then advertising on the other side of the business that you offer 100% funding when in fact it has to be funded by the crowd.

The offer of the 100% financing is a great incentive for people to take your courses.  Who decides who has enough experience and doesn't need to go on a course?

How, if a suitable project is found, is it secured while your team analyse it and then arrange the crowdfunding?

Sorry for all the questions, but something is not adding up for me. I hope you can set me straight.

    Hi again,

It would be great if you could answer my further questions.

    Hi Vanessa,

I left JaeVee 3 months ago for my own ethical reasons, shortly after this dispute in actual fact.

I'd really appreciate if you could remove my comments on this thread.

I don't want to represent JaeVee or have my name even lightly associated with them.

Thanks for the up-date as it is helpful to the thread.

The moderator has removed your name, but kept your content, as without it, my comments would not make any sense.

    Hello Vanessa,

Not sure how that information is relevant to this thread. However, I would like to clear a few things up.

As much as one would like to believe otherwise, our previous marketing manager was sacked due to unprofessional behaviour and negligence in his role some 3 months ago. We set very high standards for our staff and ethics is high on that list. Sadly, some aren't able to meet those standards.

If you have any questions in relation to JaeVee or how we operate, I would be more than happy to answer them.
