    Letting agent cull starts ...

``I wouldn't Crowdfund and waste people's money on something that anyone with a basic understanding of the law could see would fail.``

    Ouch ...Harsh  words...

Have you got any legal qualifications yourself?

Why was it so doomed to failure in your eyes  and what did hundreds of people miss that you so clearly saw ?

I personally didn`t have a clue as to whether a Judicial Review  would succeed or fail .

I know speeding above 70 on a motorway and going through a red light is illegal but that`s about it

But the intricate legal arguments would have been far  above the average citizen`s knowledge base

Even a jobbing solicitor would seek expert opinion on this.  So.....

I trusted intelligent people to seek experienced intelligent professional legal advice from Barristers.

They did that and I was happy with that process

    None whatsoever.

Don't worry JC, John A has a first class honours degree in Hindsight!

I do agree though that the wife of Bliar was probably one of the worst people to be the helm as it seemed very self-serving on her part due to her BTL involvement.

Isn't this just a market contraction? The trouble is that, as always in this business, the cowboy ones that most deserve to go will survive and the genuinely professional ones will be at risk.

Its a sector of the business that badly needs licencing.
