The course was more of a fact finding exercise for me as idea of Commercial property investing was new and I knew nothing much about it. I did the course in February to gain more information about Commercial Property investing as it is where my interest lies but to be able to get started I needed to know more information. Since then I have been looking for a mixed use property to invest in with the knowledge gained on the course.
I can’t say that I’ve bought any commercial properties yet, or that my business has rapidly grown as a result of taking the course but I can say that I now have a better understanding of how commercial property investing works and what I am personally looking for to get started.
So for someone who knows very little about commercial property investing and would like to learn more, I would personally recommend the course as I found it helpful.
Thanks Sonia. In that regards, you may find this case study helpful:

Prener - don't choose mentoring from some of the Guru types mentioned in this thread, it won't end well.
1/ Take a proper qualifications like I mentioned or an estate management course, either way a course recognised on the NQF (Google NQF if you don't know what I mean).
2/ Find someone who genuinely does commercial development for a living, someone like Phil Stewardson on this forum and buy them lunch to pick their brains.
Anyone who sells mentoring for a living is invariably a tw*t, they'll fill your head with spin and waffle, find a real person.
Usually the only way these gurus know how to make money out of the property is: training! That's all!
You really need to speak to someone who has done it as theory and practice could be a bit different! You could speak to Phil S as JohnA say or I have done a bit of of a commercial investments/development and happy to help if you want to buy me a lunch (bargain! :-) though I am not one of those gurus or mentors so don't expect just the shiny side of the world from me!
Hope it helps.
Thanks for that PD Malik I really appreciate that.
Also to everybody who commented really appreciate your feedback.
PD Malik can I have your contact details please?
Just realised, I have not replied to you but have put this as a comment ... in any case, my details are in the comment below.
No worries Prener.
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will provide you my contact number. Its just that providing a phone number on a public space somehow results in a lot of helpful PPI claim assistants calling you :-)
A bloke called Gary Hall (facebook search) runs a one day course on commercial and industrial property investment. Its very good.
