    Progressive Property Query

I went to the MSOPI at Peterborough this year and paid for the upgrade. No selling at the meal, only first hand advice and lots of networking.

I also went to a Samuel Leeds crash course (both courses were free) but Samuel Leeds was a lot less selling and a lot more value. Samuel talked about his charity work for about 20 minutes. It's his own charity with his own money, not a 'charity' as such.

He did 'live' deal finding then helped attendees apply those techniques to find potential deals. We were in small groups and my group found 3 properties all giving a return on capital employed over 20%.

Progressive was small sections on single BTL, HMO's, lease options, commercial conversions, assisted sales, refurb 'flips' etc. I haven't signed up for any further training or premium courses from either trainer.

Interesting. I'm going to a PPN Mayfair event tonight and another PPN event next week in St Pancras. Hoping to find out more from others if the 3 day MSOPI is worth going to. Just finished Kevin McDonnells book which was very informative.

I also went to Samuel's Property Investors Crash Course and had a similar experience to yourself. Very little selling, just an outstanding amount of content from start to finish.
