    Property guru being bankrupted by P2P lender

    Interestingly when originally incorporated Naked Technologies formerly knows as XXX Technologies Ltd in 2016, £1 Million was put in to set the company up with the 2 Directors being his mum Mrs Yvonne Marie Berthe Jeanne Poirier and Mr Malvindran Ganesh CTO who retired on 13 Dec 2016. The guru in question then became a Director 20th Nov 2017.

    Worth noting that Mr Malvindran Ganesh CTO has not been involved since Dec 2016, although it's continued to be shown they were partners.

    And Malvindran Ganesh was the partner in the recent ICO.

    From twitter a few hours ago from the individual's twitter account - serious and unsubstantiated allegations being made:

    XXXX XXXXXX SCAM INVESTORS WITH DEATHTRAP THAT DID NOT PASS FIRE INSPECTION NOW THEY WANT TO PUT MY MUM ON THE STREET! SHARE SHARE SHARE SHARE SO I CAN GET THIS BASTARD BANK IN THE NEWS AND GET THE STORY VIRAL!

    And this from facebook:

    I could have prevented GRENFELL if this story had got out sooner!, GRENFELL was the building in London that burnt down because that building had the same outside wall tiles as my building, which were not fire retardant I WOULD NOT TENANT THE BUILDING I WOULD NOT PUT PEOPLES LIVES IN DANGER.

    It was then discovered that every single government built tower block in the United Kingdom did not pass the fire regulation test!

    The bank NEVER offered any help with the litigation with the developer and THEY did their own survey and passed the building, now they have changed their policy and do personal inspections with CBRE who are on their board of directors, before they pass a building WITHOUT ME AND RUINING ME THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER HAVE CHANGED THEIR POLICIES AND PUT MORE PEOPLES LIVES IN DANGER! 

    THIS IS A DISGRACE OF THE HIGHEST MAGNITUDE!

    Curious as to the financial structure of Oakglade House.

    So Stama Development, the developer, was compulsory dissolved Nov 2018.
    They had a charge against them for the freehold of Oakglade House registered by Charles St Commercial investments which is outstanding, delivered August 2018

    Freedom Property Developments, of which the said individual is director, also has a charge registered by Stama Developments themselves for the freehold of the same building which is also outstanding delivered March 2016

    There is anther charge against Freedom Property Developments by XXXX XXXXXX for the freehold of Oakglade delivered March 2016.

    What might be going on here?  I assumed in my naivete, that Freedom Property Developments got finance from XXXXXXX for Oakglade and then appointed a builder to develop the building at the same time selling the flats off plan to finance the development?  Seems a little more complicated then that!!

    Still nothing in the press relating to this Guru and the situation with the P2P lender, although it has been reported in the last couple of days the lender in question had a record month in January with 428 applications totalling £100 Million in loans.

    The Guru is still continuing his smear campaign across social media along with the Grenfell Tower narrative.

    Thanks for the up-date.  Not much viral activity then, which is surprising due to how many followers he has.

    Interesting to see the lender managed to get a defamatory review removed from TrustPilot.  Looks like the clean up and legal operations are underway.
