    Rent to Rent Multi let- Packaging deals for investors

    Im getting more rent to rent leads coming through then I can handle. BTW these are geniune leads where the owner is fully aware the property will be used for HMO/multilet purposes.

     

    How would I go about packaging them up for other investors also what fee should I charge?

    Any ideas much appreciated

    Not sure although if you ring me we can see what I would be happy to pay then see what others think. I think as more people start with HMO Rent to Rent making it easier to find deals would be a real bonus .

    May I ask something here regarding rent to rent?

    I am a complete newbie in HMO, was wondering if it is clear to the mortgage company that the property will be used as HMO? will permission be asked/given beforehand?

    Mortgage Company is required to be made aware generally as a condition, we had an enquiry last month where the Council actually contacted a guy's mortgage company to make them aware that he had been "Granted" a HMO Licence. - I was shocked.

    If Rent to Rent makes a difference im not sure but doubtful.

    I think HMO Rent to Rent is a great concept and a great way to control an asset without capital requirements of purchasing it

    Other than out of your target area, why is there any limit to the number of leads your can handle? Are you saying, in your specific home market, you just do not have time to call and talk with everyone?

    Or are you saying you are out of capital so even on a rent-to-rent basis, you are blocked from taking on all the good leads in your specific area?
