RLA State of the PRS Quarterly Survey - Q4 18

Over the past few years there have been significant changes in the private rented sector.

This includes tax changes such as the loss of Mortgage Interest Relief. But also regulative changes such as the minimum EPC requirement of an E rating since April 2018 for new lettings and renewals.

Now there are potentially further changes to come. The Government has recently consulted on the barriers to longer-term tenancies, and is currently legislating to ban tenant fees and cap deposits. The Government is currently consulting on how to change the current court system and how you could regain possession of your property in the future.

This could result in significant changes to your business.

Therefore, the RLA need your help to inform their campaigning efforts on your behalf.

Please can you complete their latest quarterly survey to help them understand your experiences?

    Complete the survey here

The survey will close on Friday 4th January 2018 at 5pm.

The RLA can only effectively represent your interests with your help. Please don't leave it to others, as they maybe leaving it to you!

In the video below, Dr. Tom Simcock of the RLA PEARL research lab explains the importance of landlords taking part in the surveys.

Thank you in advance for your participation and don't forget to take advantage of Property Tribes' 25% discount off RLA membership.
