Sam Eustace and Kingsman Property - Concerns

My mental health is deteriorating. I am on the verge of a complete breakdown but at least I can tell you that now before I do. The aforementioned individual 'Sam Eustace' is in hiding but still finds time and money to go out playing with his friends.

I was approached by an introducer to Sam.

I personally spoke with Sam who was “planning to exit” by a buy out or EIS.  Little did he realise my background and tax experience! Neither did he realise we have assisted many businesses exit.

After DD we did not take it forward.  “Felt like borrowing from peter to pay Paul” ...

Yes, he has deviated significantly from the original model he shared at the end of 2017, start of 2018.  From reading some of the more recent posts one wonders the depth of f****d*****t trading

My grandmother always said, there are only two bad people in this world - liars and thieves - it's shocking the amount of unsavoury information coming to the surface about this particular individual.

It seems there is nothing currently emerging from the many who are affected for his mother or his sons to be proud of, no matter how much they may love him.

Is Samuel Eustace of Kingsman Property willing to clear his conscious, redeem himself and appease those he owes [lots of] money to???

In the meantime, if you've been approached or are considering investing, word on the street is AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

That could be of strong interest to a number of folks within the secret FB group.  I'll share - many thanks ;-)

    Thank you

Also remember that they have to be regulated to offer investments.

    To all,

First I would like to express my thanks to whom, started this thread. I am a landlord having my property managed by Kingsman. Sam booked in a call with me today and said that he would like to discuss future of the company. He didn’t call at all. I was skeptic so went online and found the post.

Kingsman has been very late in payment to me every single month since they took care of our property. Different excuse each month and it came to the point that I had to submit my complaint to Property Ombudsman. They advised me to ask Sam to place a standing order, which he did and sent to me a copy of his phone screenshot. However, same story happened the following month, payment was late and very difficult to get hold of him. My payment is due in few days and I can’t get to anyone working in Kingsman all day, god knows what happens to them. I am going to speak to Property Ombudsman on Monday to see what they advise.

Tenants are still in the house so this is clearly not a great situation to be in....
