Samuel posted last week a cryptic tweet mentioning #TheEviction, today the following has been announced.....
This month 13 candidates will be living with me at Caverswall Castle. They will be pushed to their limits while carrying out property challenges such as securing Lease Options and Rent2Rents. Each challenge somebody will be Evicted from the castle “Apprentice Style” until the most deserving person is left. Everybody will learn a great deal but I will give the winner £20,000 in cash to help them fly in their property journey.Nothing like this has ever been done before and it will be broadcasted on YouTube for viewings.
It has been done before. Paul and Aniko Smith have been running their version of this since the 24th February. With evictions being such an emotive and high profile topic, its an unfortunate use of the word in the context of creating wealth through property! How will Samuel fulfil all his mentoring and training obligations if living in a castle filming a TV show?No doubt the post-production budget for this programme will be massive to ensure that Samuel is seen in the best possible light, or perhaps a fortune has already been spent on the script? Either way, it won't be authentic educational content. Samuel is reverting to his magician days and becoming an entertainer.

Words fail me, wow.
What about the legal stuff? Take today for example, will they learn that?
Scary isn't the word.
John Raybould is one of the candidates top right.
I'll call it now, Anthony John Wilmott will win this bottom left, he's a motivated Academy Partner (row up from the 3 Amigos)

Samuel should focus on his own castle renovation project, as investors money is at stake. If he doesn't, he might find himself getting evicted from his own castle.
How can they do due diligence without spending time visiting properties and getting to know potential areas for investment, studying documents in detail, assessing risk and building relationships with agents, tenants, investors and tradespeople?Sounds like a recipe for recklessness to me.
Yes, "recipe for recklessness" is a good way to describe Samuel Leeds' approach to property training and the way he markets it.
Imagine having to live with SL, even for that short period of time!
I''d need £20m, not £20k for that nightmare.
