    Samuel Leeds - training review

    What you can deduce from this is a large % were asked to leave feedback whilst they were fired up at a property crash course, (I wonder if they'd left the same 5 Star Excellent reviews after 6 or 12 months?) 5% (read those Poor & Bad Reviews) were people that saw through the MLP and upsell techniques used to get people to sign up for further training or Academy or where people that did the latter and felt it wasn't worth what they paid....

    The way the review sites work do not allow a mass of reviews at the same time, they get deleted. So that isn't what has happened and in fact if you read
    ​a lot of the reviews you can tell that from what they say.

    Look at the dates and the number of reviews on corresponding Crash Course dates, pretty certain it was the Peterborough Crash Course or the one after 200+ reviews were left within a 24 hour period and it matched up to a review left of an attendee who outlined Samuel had asked people to leave a review and the best review got a Free place on his next DFE / NYOMEA

    Funny to see some reviews referring to the PT forum thread.

    They should do a Homes under the Hammer style where they come back 12 months later to check in on the progress and get attendees to review again...

    The reviews speak volumes really.

    The one-liners, just like all one-liners in reviews, cannot be taken seriously. I don't see anyone with a 5 star review writing more than a couple of words.

    Thank you Vanessa. I can only echo your comments.

    Indeed, the mentees have already become mentors within this company. In another words, likes of Mr A.C from BtrSourced is one of the early volunteers to do become a mentor and support the odd 50 mentees. Naturally, nobody within this company actually is mentored by the main man.

    Spread so thinly, the need of moving initial Academy member’s “Build your business Plan with SL in 1:1 session” moved from 1-to-1 to 1-to-6 to 1-to-15; this was apparent since 2018.

    Majority of meetings are reportedly Skype. WhatsApp group is constantly filled with all the “ACTION” being “TAKEN”.

    Some genuine positive stories of those truly hard working (this does not seem to be driven by being a member but rather an effective business person that just happened to by on the Academy) though the newbies are sitting on the sidelines wondering what they are doing wrong and what other training they require to bring themselves to that level.

    It’s a vicious circle once you are sucked in. It’s a vicious circle by the looks of things.
