  • Landlord Resources

    Section 21

You can approach the court from the expiry date of the s21 notice: Sadly I am unable to read it from here but perhaps you can, but if issued beginning of June then it can't validly expire until before early August.

    s8 expires after 2 weeks.

No offence but done any courses in being a landlord? RLA & NLA do them, will very likely save you more time & money that they cost

No I haven't but I have a good agent, just wanted to do some of my own research. Will probably issue a Section 8 as well if 2 months rent not paid.

    Cheers.

.....actually, just read best to stick with section 21.

Sorry, but if your agent is that good you shouldn't need to any research.

I'd go with what artful suggests

Get yourself a LL Association membership and take a few courses

You soon realise how little your agent knows!

LA have no interest in any eviction until you have a vacant property!
