Shall I let this Maths Typo go ?

I would say its a repair, not improvement.

I would also challenge 12.5% as thats too high.

please let us know whether percent error hold up as im sure they have done that to me.

I was thinking that but I`m guessing that`s written in stone in  some agreement / lease  somewhere saying they can charge that much ? . It is a rip off though.

On this block it worked out as 6K fee . . I could put a small roof on for that

Especially when there is no effective management 12.5% is excessive . They started without notice at 7.30am one day  . Tenants went ballistic. They claimed they hand delivered notices a few days before  - but they didn`t . Also they are not meant to start before 8 am  but ignored that nicety . You cant put up scaffolding quietly either  . Clatter clatter clatter. Selfish B******

its not.  they would argue thats what consultants charge, but it wouldnt be that high for roofing renewals which is fairly straightforward and high value.

also I think florries law cap doesnt apply to landlords.

If you try to have some fun they would just reissue a corrected notice (if they had any common sense...)

Yes I have suggested this to them and put the ball back in their court .

My gut says the person whose error it was doesn`t want to cough it to her seniors and have to reissue about maybe 250 new notices

They say no one else has complained . I say no one else has probably noticed and so what that doesn't make it right

They have already had to send one correction letter out to everyone due to another unrelated error and so two significant errors may look bad and they may fear a telling off or maybe a sideways shift so they hope i will just go away

On other disputes  I have had they seem to give up after a while and just put a charge against the property which I always think is  a bit of a low baller
