    Buying property with none of your own money



    Please read the below and share your thoughts.  I am interested to know how this story makes you feel on an emotional level. I am conducting a social experiment and will explain all a bit later on:

    Recent sightings of gold plated super cars worth over £1 million that were spotted in London recently have caused a great deal of speculation over the identity of the owner.

    The fleet of impressive vehicles includes a £370,000 Mercedes G63 and a £220,000 Bentley, which are covered in gold. A £350,000 Rolls-Royce and a £350,000 Lamborghini Aventador SV have also been spotted in the capital city

    Cars were spotted in Kensington, London, over the weekend. After some confusion that it could have been a Saudi prince or oil tycoon the owner was finally found on instagram and revealed to be property millionaire Panash Pananda.

    Pananda is a new wave of millionaires from the lucrative property industry who's not afraid to flash his wealth around.

    Pananda also teaches people to invest in property, even if they have no money and they can't get mortgages. Of course, these cars have got people wondering how Pananda made is money and if maybe they could do it too.

    Darryl Kane of Key Associates, a firm advising wealthy clients on how to invest their money has some insights. Kane usually manages the fortunes of lottery winners, premier league footballers and popstars who came into a lot of money, very quickly.

    Kane’s research revealed “over 80% of our new clients earned their money in property”. His firm conducted an internal report that revealed more millionaires are created each day in United Kingdom using property than anywhere else. “It’s much easier to earn £1 million from property than most people think!”Kane said.

    He goes on to say, “It’s remarkable, young men and women without degrees, experience or any financial knowledge are cleaning up and earning millions.” Well if it is so easy, then why isn't everyone doing it?

    Pananda says that some people just don't have the belief that they can make money from property without having any to start with. He's keen to point out that his most successful clients have a "can do" mindset and he steers clear of "tempremental" people, or those who "have commitment issues".

    On any weekend, you'll find Pananda at a Travelodge somewhere in the country signing up a new bunch of eager students who had to squeeze past his gold-plated car in the car park.

    Some of the lucky ones even get invited onto a limited edition course which includes a ride in the car! They may also be given the special recognition of being asked to work free of charge - or "crew" - at one of Pananda's events. "I am so lucky to have such a bunch of gull ... I mean loyal followers" he smiles.

    As part of our research, we spoke to Scott (not his real name).

    He is was one of the top earning property investors last month with Pananda's training. He shared his experience.

    “When I started I had no idea what I was doing, I just followed Panash's instructions, you know? I suppose deep down I was expecting to make a few hundred quid. But then the money started going up. And the more it went up, it started rising quicker.

    To be honest, I felt more anxious than excited, if that makes sense. I didn’t believe it was happening. I only started with £250 but made A LOT more than that. I paid off my student debt and I’m going to travel around Europe for a few weeks while I think about what to spend the rest on. I’ll keep on buying, too. Its easier than a day job. I’m very grateful for being accepted by Panash. It has changed my life. Will I buy a gold car? No way, I’m not flashy but fair play to anyone who wants to. Real people deserve to be rich, not just Eton toffs who get jobs in their family business.”

    Scott would not reveal how much he earned but he has clearly been successful and now he's started speaking on Pananda's courses and running his own events. He also loans money off lots of the students to help them benefit from a joint venture with him.

    "Now I just love to give back and the look on my student's faces make it all worth while. I've also joint ventured with Richard Branson and dined with royalty. Maybe my students will supercede me and end up buying a platinum plated car?".

    Inside Track before the crash offered courses to investors and we all know what happened to them

    My own view is you dont need to pay a penny to anyone offering you riches

    You have to find your own bussiness model what fits you will not fit someone else

    The internet Landlord groups are there and you can get all the info for free

    I belive in Property weath Still even with all the new Hardships we have infront of us

    My own Exspanding days are now at an end

    But new Young Blood will come into our market and some will make a lot of money

    But the road will not be an easy one The Cards are stacked aginst newbies But If you really want sucsess you can get it

    But dont pay fees for it

    On an emotional level - I see a Buyer and a Seller - if both are happy with the arrangement then so be it. Though Pananda seems a very busy guy - so why he is teaching people at £4.12 an hour id suggest his lease on the gold car may be late this month.

    I think this parodies the hype very well.  I am now so used to the way these promotions get pitched in real life, that I am quite indifferent to them.  You can tell within a few sentences which way a marketing pitch like this is headed.  The style they follow is so stereotyped, that I now wonder wheth they all come form the same original templated marketing source. Example - price is always £3 below a round number (usually of hundreds). Weird. 

    I just switch off now.  I have been through the rollercoaster of being enthralled, fleeced, suspicious, let down, sickened, and otherwise nearly neuro-linguistically programmed.  Now, I just move on.  Neverthless, this type of pitching just keeps on coming, doesn't it?  The last one I came across recently was for a cure for cancer.  There is seemingly no end to the hooks and triggers out there into naivity and gullibility.

    How does it make me feel?

    The answer is "Where can I sign up for this"? 

    It made me feel like that, even though I have paid for other courses that were big on hype but delivered no substance. Quite worrying really that I could be seduced again!

    Dear Vanessa,

    Funnily enough I bumped into Panash Pananda (or "PP" to his friends) on a recent visit he did to Monaco, what an interesting guy, he kept trying to convince me I could work a lot less while making more than ever - I just wondered why he was so busy rushing around.

    I must admit people like “PP” do intrigue me and I research everyone, just in case I might learn something (that I've missed over the last 38 years), some of these guys are very good at presenting things in a way that is "simplified" so inexperienced people can grasp various “new” concepts. They are also brilliant at talking in detail for long periods of time, on stage, and drawing mental pictures of various ideal dealing scenarios. It does feel good to know there are people out there with the golden touch.

    The only problem I’ve found is that the world changes so fast these days, the route these guys have taken is either not possible any more or you have to take a completely different approach = different results (possibly no gold car etc.). You can get some nice ideas and clues but then you have to knuckle down, put yourself in the right mind set, work long, hard and smart; ‘cause there aint no shortcuts!

    Personally I prefer to work with my JV partners in real time, helping problem solve & innovate, dealing with current situations and problems with contemporary knowledge and with mutually agreed (realistic) objectives. If we make a profit we share it 50%-50%.

    But what do I know! ;-)

    I have bought property with none of my own money so I can relate to that mathematical concept and would have much in common with them maybe talking property.

    But down the pub later  I don`t tend to hang around with people who drive gold supercars. I drive a 10 year old Golf.

    I dont do suits and  bling. I do T shirts with frayed necklines .

    But I am a stereotype as much as they are. We are all stereotypes. Some people say they themselves are not stereotypes. They are stereotypical of people who don`t like stereotypes.

    Emotionally I try hard not to prejudge but I often fail. But I love my pre conceptions being blown away when I talk to some people .

    Thats a buzz
