    Simon Zutshi - any thoughts?

Has anyone been on any of courses ? Genuine question. I’ve started looking at course in the New Year, gone through YPN magazine, listen to the podcasts and when it comes to the due diligence it turns out actually they’ve done sweet FA.

Some have held some properties or flipped but have now jumped on what appears to be an ‘property education’ gravy train. And don’t get me started on the Facebook pages.

I agree. As part of my due diligence before considering lending to the Crowd Property i did my usual trawl at companies house on the ..Click on the director's name and this will divulge any other directorships held now and in the past. All a person's wealth will not be held in a limited company of course

Anyone who creates "podcasts" is not a serious business person.

    Hi Vanessa.

Just wanted to clarify a few points. I have been a bit of a lurker on this site without owning an account. Read countless opinions you seem to have on gurus such as simon. While I have not experienced any of these types of courses wondered why you were so anti. You seem to be very negative towards them and if anyone talks about them you seem to think they are not a good idea. I did read a thread where simon illustrates what his courses offer and you seemed to be more positive about it. Has anything changed? Would love your insight on the matter.

    Hi Jordan,

I am not anti-guru at all.  I am pro-authentic property education.  Our stance is clarified here:  Property education, training, and mentoring

Same thing! Gurus aren't authentic education bodies!
