Solicitor to review auction legal pack

Yeah, I think that pretty much makes sense, to get expertise on the legal pack, and probably sausage the conveyancing,

You will almost certainly have a time limit on completing the purchase from the auction date. Conveyancing factories are generally very slow (in my experience) and might not meet the deadlines. Pay for a decent service.

The auction pack provides all the information you will receive before you commit to buy. If you require any further information you would have to get your solicitor to check it out and provide it. I buy on a fairly regular basis from auction and my solicitors would look through it for free. I think it depends on your relationship with your solicitors and the size of the auction pack but i would certainly ensure hat you get it checked regardless of cost if you intend buying.

Thanks for the info Michael - can you make any recommendations?  I realise you are at a different scale to me, so that may not be possible.

I think the Co I used was Thompson Leatherdale for £50+Vat. Only done it once a couple of years ago but I think it was fine.
