Tax Relief on Holiday Let/Normal Buy to Let

    Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to offset losses from Holiday lets against profits from normal buy to lets?

I have read that for holiday lets that qualify as "furnished holiday lets" losses can only be used against future profits for that business but in my situation it is unlikely that the property will be let for the 105 day qualifying threshold.

If this should be in the Tax forum please let me know!

    Thanks
