I've noticed that SC has various accents that often directly link to the credibility of what she is discussing. Invariably, the heavier the west country accent, the thicker she is laying on the bull.

I posted the link to this thread and the KK thread on one of Susannah Coles posts on Facebook.
She wants me to talk with her to get her version of the facts. I said its not me but all of you she should talk with.
posting this just in case you'd like to see if she extends the offer of talking to those directly affected.

Thanks for the heads up Clare.Just to let you know, Susannah Cole was informed of our Complaints Procedure on the 10th, 14th, and 16th April 2016 on the original KK thread. She did not follow it and has never followed it. This renders Nick unable to assist her. In late 2016, Nick travelled an hour to meet Susannah Cole at her request. The meeting lasted 3 minutes. She wanted the thread deleted. Nick asked her what was wrong about it, and she stated that she was not willing to say, she just wanted the whole thing removed. When Nick said that, until he knew what was inaccurate about it, he could do nothing, she stormed off.Some screenshots from the FB thread:Also, despite what she says on Facebook there has been no legal challenge from her to Property Tribes or to the posters who have complained about her. She has sent bullying and threatening letters, but nothing from a legal entity that has any grounds.The bottom line is that she is unwilling or unable to follow the correct Complaints Procedure which has been explained to her on numerous occasions. It would be a far more effective way of dealing with this than trying to contact each individual who mentions these threads. I really struggle to understand why she won't do it .... She has demanded that all her dissatisfied customers follow HER complaints procedure before she will even look at their grievances.I also find it amazing that she has time to speak to a random person like you, when she could never find the time to deal with dissatisfied mentees and JV partners, of which there are many more than just Katherine Klinger, the only one SC ever references.She certainly won't be in any position to take any legal action against this site if she has shown that she hasn't followed our Complaints Procedure first, and given the moderator a chance to deal with her issues.

Thats why I repeatedly told her to do so! It's not relevant to me other than i find it very disrespectful to see someone carrying on as business as usual when there appears to be all these disgruntled people. Hence posting the thread links.
Really sorry to hear Nick drove all that way to meet with her with that response. What a waste of time?! And from reading the posts she didn't even supply a copy of the complaints procedure to KK when asked did she?
Lets see if she comes on here to show and prove her honesty and transparency. New year and all...

Can I ask how a meeting lasted 3 minutes, by the time you take you coat off, ask how the other person is there would be no time to discuss anything.
I don't think SC was there to discuss anything, she was there to dictate. She wanted the thread deleted and Nick asked what was wrong with it. She refused to say.I think the meeting actually lasted less than 3 minutes as she literally got up and left when she realised that Nick was going to insist to know what EXACTLY her grievances were and that she would have to follow the protocols of the PT complaints procedure, not bypass them.There were no pleasantries from her. Nick was there to assist and she wouldn't let him. He's not actually obliged to go and meet anyone, but he did it as a goodwill gesture to try and assist her, and she used up all his goodwill in less than 180 seconds by her approach and attitude. How long the meeting lasted is really irrelevant though. The fact is that she didn't get what she came for and departed swiftly in an abrupt manner.She still hasn't followed our complaints procedure - now getting on for 9 months, so she can't play the "damaging her business" card because it's actually her that is damaging her business by not dealing with this in the correct format, despite it being spelled out to her on multiple occasions via this site, via email and letter correspondence with Nick, and at the meeting.Susannah, if you are reading this, you are invited again to contact Nick as per our complaints procedure. Until you do that, I would appreciate it if you stop using the word "smear campaign" against this site and the people posting on it as it is disingenuous to do so under the above circumstances when it has always been within your control to deal with it.
