Gangsters in property business, he looks more like a £10 drug dealer to me.

I wonder why would anybody hand over their hard earned to people like this, like they say how you dress defines you abilities. You can wait for him to come out and ask for money?

I had no choice in this situation as we went through a real estate in North Wales, then we discovered AFTER signing the lease that the people who owned the house had gone through him to manage the property as they were relocating to another country. The people that owned the house were also in the police force??? Thought they would have known better?????? If I had have have met him in person I am sure I would have sniffed a rat straight away, and I wouldn't have gone near him in the first place to manage my property. Why would you get someone who isn't  anywhere near the area of your property manage it??? Kamet Batra said:

I still have not received payment for my work. As such anyone who wants a copy please feel free to send me your email addresses and I will invite you to share a Dropbox folder which I have created containing the material I have on Ryan Otto. I have spoken to various people who have all been crossed by him. His, I assume sister, has contacted me with a number. 0845 689 1249 she is dealing with Ryan's affairs while he is in prison. I also have been contacted by an ex staff member of his who confirmed that the whole thing was a sham. He wasn't paying her PAYE the whole time she was employed by him and he has never had a 'team' of people working for him as he always claimed. It was him and 2 family members and this lady who contacted me. Many many people have complained about him to Watchdog as well. I am happy to release any and all the documents I have typed for him. If anyone cares to make a donation to me for these, as I still never got paid, that would also be very gratefully received.

I look forward to hearing from some of you! Let's hope he doesn't try and stab me for this when he gets out, because no doubt his 'people' will be watching this forum as well!

    Hi all,

Not sure if this is the correct section to post about Ryan Otto, as I've noticed a few discussions on here but if you want to phone Trading Standards about your situation with Ryan, the number given to me is 01473 583000 they are interested in receiving any emails you have received from him or info of you being ripped by him or his company. Mind you, reading the above, I don't think he will be around for much longer.

It has taken two years and the creditors of Robert Clark have been paid out 30p in the pound.
During the two years of investigation the creditors have found out that they were misled prior to investing.
    More information to follow.

I looked at Robert's "business opportunity" too as a potential funder but like you, when I read the small print and tried to see what guarantees there were, it was clearly a bad deal for a lender. If Robert wasn't prepared to put his neck on the line and risk his own personal fortunes built up in property, then he obviously knew something I didn't and that worried me. Like most lenders, I like to see some "skin in the game" and he didn't want to put any skin in the game. Zero security means zero funds from me. Anyway, if it was that good, why would he need funders? He could use his own money and keep all the profit for himself. I get suspicious of people that claim they like to "share" their wealth and knowledge. "Share" is a term used far too widely these days and all it is is a euphemism for "sell".

I gave this opportunity a wide berth!

Robert Clarks business to lend money to folks based entirely on an internet model of payment and repayment was flawed from day one. I think many people assumed that because he had used Singingpig for free marketing for so long and had built a successful leads generation business, that he was some sort of business Genius who had done no wrong.

I looked at investing with him, and  closely read the small print and  i ran a mile...  -   there were no guarantees of repaying investors their funds  at all.....

If door-knocking loans businesses. like that of  the utterly incompetent  Singingpig Craig Veitch from Sheffield,  could not make the business work, how does anyone with a sensible head on think that folks in debt are going to "nicely" pay off their debts every month on the internet .......   without anyone chasing them up.   To me Roberts scheme was a cloud cuckoo land scheme,  with such high interest rates being offered so as to blind many people to the very high risks involved.     Just because he was good at one thing, does not mean he was ever going to be good at another.....

I dont think his demise had anything to do with the Credit Crunch, i think it had everything to do with a flawed business model.

30p on the pound is not all that bad compared to some other business failures.

People need to remember how much they can loose when they get excited by the high returns someone might be offering.
